Meaning, balanced on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
Movement is an essential part of this, since movement stimulates, motivates and initiates change. Movement is for everyone, the only thing you 'need' to do is start.
Be kind to yourself, and don't make it into an extra to do on your list. Make it something enjoyable, something to look forward to. A moment of relaxation and me time.
This doesn't mean it can't be challenging though
My mission is to help you in finding YOUR sport, a way of movement you enjoy and that can help you boost your overall health. Together we can conquer your obstacles and make sport enjoyable.
