Coach Nils graduated in 2017 as expert in exercise at Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen. Next to training and coaching, Nils further specialized in Nudging and Corporate Wellbeing. His mission as a coach is to motivate as many employees as possible to obtain an active and healthy way of life.

Nils wants to achieve a positive change in behaviour by taking small steps. In that way, people will become intrinsically motivated and able to maintain this behaviour in the long run.

He loves hiking and sports like running, MTB and functional training, preferably in group.
